Course access is granted upon successful payment. Access is personal and non-transferable. We may revoke access if you breach these Terms or share credentials.

4. Refunds

Refund eligibility is described on each course page at the time of purchase. Contact support within the stated window to request a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, branding, and platform code are owned by TITAN CLASS or our licensors. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly republish course materials.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate applicable laws or the rights of others.

7. SMS Messaging Program

By submitting the lead form on our landing pages you consent to receive text messages from TitanClass about class offerings and related information — webinar schedule reminders, class materials, and the WhatsApp group invite link. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency: message frequency varies, typically 1–3 messages per webinar cycle. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or email admin@titanclass.ai.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your mobile information. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes from completing any course.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
